Honoured to Build the Next Chapter of the New Middlesex County Administration Centre

We are proud to announce that we have been selected as the construction project managers of the new Middlesex County Admin Centre at 1035 Adelaide Street South in London. This 15,000 square foot building will bring together council chambers and administrative offices in a modern, intentionally designed, purpose-built facility.
The site was chosen for its strategic location with easy access to Highway 401 and will be visible from the westbound Exeter Road exit. With construction soon underway, we are looking forward to completing the project by November 2026 and delivering a space that will serve the county long into the future.
