The Old Imperial Farmers Market retained Baribeau Construction to assist with creating a space suitable to host a sustainable year-round market focused on supporting local vendors and artisans in the Aylmer Area. Using the Construction Management approach, Baribeau Construction consulted on the design and led the complete overhaul of an unserviced warehouse previously operated by Imperial Tobacco. The renovation incorporated the old timber structure while upgrading infrastructure elements that were required to bring the building up to code for the change of use. The heavy timber canopy was self-performed by our carpentry team.
