Baribeau Construction renovated part of the Elgin Innovation Centre to create a space for MotifLabs to operate. This project required extensive security equipment and medical-grade walls and floors. The client requested that we leave the warehouse's exposed brick to complete an urban style for their common spaces including the administration office that greets you when you walk in their entrance and the lunch room down the hall.
