Mitchell's Soup is another project recently completed at the Elgin Innovation Centre in Aylmer, Ontario. The 19,000 square foot unserviced warehouse was completely retrofitted to enable this soup manufacturer to relocate their operation and quadruple in size. Baribeau Construction worked with both the landlord and the tenant to complete the fit ups. The equipment and manufacturing space was designed to allow for the facility to scale its operation even further in the future. The bright yellow floor was selected to make cleaning up of paprika and other spices easy.
