In partnership with Steelway Building Systems, Baribeau Construction designed, permitted, and has recently completed this 14,488 sf manufacturing facility for Exhaust Direct.

The design includes a 1,800 sf mezzanine, two loading docks, large over head doors, 22' clear ceiling space, administration space, and a timber framed entrance.
