As Project Managers / Construction Managers we led the planning, design team, budgeting, permitting, tendering, procurement, construction and post-construction processes. In addition to leading the construction board through the process, we were involved in congregational meetings to explain the process and plan. This 19,393sf building included a 500 seat sanctuary, classrooms, children's room, nursery, commercial kitchen, library, and administrative space.

This was another highly successful project that required the client team, the design team, and the construction management team to work closely together in order to achieve a beautiful building on budget and on time. The structure combined wood framed construction, conventional steel construction, and a pre-engineered metal building.
