BMO Centre: Phase 1

295 Rectory Street, London, Ontario, Canada

Project Overview

The leadership team of the London Optimist Sports Centre (LOSC) came to Baribeau with an amazing vision of expanding the indoor soccer, sport services, and facilities within London. We assisted in the strategic structuring of the LOSC organization and worked with the City of London to change site locations. This positioned them for government grants and helped them raise approximately $4M in both corporate sponsorships and government grants.

The new location for the BMO Centre had contaminated soil and no solid foundation to build on. This required us to cover 400 sq. ft of soil and drill a new foundation 40 ft deep before we could begin building the actual structure.
